Australian SAA certification, Australian Communications and Media*** (ACMC) made a principled resolution based on public discussions in 2009 to integrate multiple existing conformity marks into telecommunications, radio communications, electromagnetic compatibility and The single conformity mark including the electromagnetic radiation (EME) technical requirements is RCM. Starting from 2013.3.1, Australia has cancelled the C-TICK certification. The transition period is 2 years. All products sold in Australia must have RCM certificates and be in Australia ***Website registration.
SAA is that electrical products entering the Australian market must comply with local safety regulations, which are certifications that the industry often faces. Due to the mutual recognition agreement between Australia and New Zealand, all products certified by Australia can enter the New Zealand market smoothly. All electrical products have to do safety certification (SAA). There are two main types of SAA logos, one is formal approval and the other is standard logo. Formal certification is only responsible for samples, while standard marks are required for each factory inspection. At present, there are two ways to apply for SAA certification in China. One is to transfer the CB test report. If there is no CB test report, you can also apply directly.
SAA certification-certification method
In the scope of SAA certification, the current application of SAA certification by *** manufacturers is mainly limited to product certification. According to different product types, product certification mainly adopts two methods: "formal approval" and "standard mark". Among them, "Formal Approval" only requires manufacturers to provide product samples and conduct laboratory testing in accordance with SAA's product standards. In addition to testing samples, the "standard mark" also requires factory inspections. In general, factories are required to have an effective quality management system in the production process of the products applying for certification.
SAA is a test and certification for safety! The domestic CNAS laboratory issues a test report, tests it according to the Australian local AS/NZS standards, issues a test report, and prepares the relevant information application:
